gitlab is completely unusable without javascript.

Description

I recently moved to gitlab and I'm having second thoughts. this site is completely unusable without javascript. can't even perform simple a task like see my personal projects!

I prefer using web without javascript. It's not just me. I've seen couple of people
brought this to attention and those issues were closed without relevant discussion.

Proposal

Let simple things like, view a profile, view a project, read code, creating an issue, creating a pull request, without javascript. I understand, gitlab has some awesome features that cannot implement without help of javascript. But It's always a great user experience if simple things be simple without cluttering the view.

It would be great if gitlab can implement this in the near future.
