Add refs/replace to RESERVED_REFS_NAMES

@rymai found refs/replace from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/13766#note_41074674, which was explained in detail in 7.13 Git Tools - Replace

We should keep it for people using it.
