Make navigation tunnel less apparent with new fly out menus

With the new fly out menus, we have the following in place to alleviate navigation tunnels:

We want to make this more drastic, so there is less chances of falling into a tunnel experience.

We can do this by widening the rhombus shape. @iamphill also mentioned making it dynamic based on where the cursor is.
