Clicking on assignee on issue board produces odd UX interactions

Not sure if this is a bug but when you click on an assignee on the issue board, the sidebar opens and then the page changes to the assignee's profile page. I think it should either only open the sidebar or open the profile page.

@ClemMakesApps @iamphill i noticed the sidebar shifting the viewport as well.. really annoying. The sidebar should not be ... positioned relatively to the most outer right issue list... it should be above it.. and aligned with wherever the viewport is. Also it should not open when clicking the avatar 😺

As for the other thing:

Clicking on a label, immediately makes it the active label filter. I think we should do the same with the assignee. Agreed @cperessini ?
