Pressing subscribe in collaped sidebar only opens the sidebar

When pressing the subscribe-button in the collapsed sidebar it doesn't subscribe, only opens the sidebar

I'd expect it to subscribe/unsubscribe.

Trivia

The icon used doesn't really represent the state very good, the mock-up with the gray/blue bell in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/24805#proposed-design does a much better job at it IMO 🙂
