Remove geo set trusted

Removing the set trusted task from gitlab-geo. After setting up a Geo deployment the set trusted task is used to set the secondary site as trusted in the priumary site. This avoids some notices about authorization when signing in on the secondary. Thanks to gitlab!54079 (merged) this is no longer needed as its being done automatically.
