fix: parse json-encoded strings using `from_json`

What does this MR do?

JSON strings seem to be incorrectly parsed using from_yaml -- this MR fixes them by changing them to from_json.

True literal seems to be in small case for combine filter (see: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/ansible/builtin/combine_filter.html#examples) so this is fixed as well
