Remove broken link in GET docs and reference GCP documentation instead

Jim Baumgardner requested to merge jimbaumgardner/fix-broken-reference into main

What does this MR do?

Removes and replaces a broken link in the GET documentation.

The documentation points to the following community tech blog https://pomba.net/2022/05/gcp-ssh-into-vms-as-service-account-when-oslogin-is-enabled/

The website/domain has gone down, so the 404 errors are blocking the pipeline.
