Draft: Adding FIPS-verification script to GET

What does this MR do?

There is a request to run the FIPS validation script (created for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/386087+ ) as part of the FIPS pipeline, which is deployed by RAT/GET. This is one approach, using Ansible to know what servers are deployed as part of the environment and run the script on the servers.

• Merge request:
  • Corresponding Issue raised and reviewed by the GET maintainers team.

  • For Terraform changes: set up a previous version environment, then run a terraform plan with your new changes and ensure nothing will be destroyed. If anything will be destroyed and this can't be avoided please add a comment to the current MR.
