Make Elasticsearch HTTP Client timeout configurable via ENV variable

gitlab side of change exposes ES client request timeout to admin, gitlab!41470 (merged). It passes the timeout value to indexer via ELASTIC_CONNECTION_INFO ENV variable. This MR is to set the indexer HTTP client timeout value accordingly.
