Remove deprecated commit-schema-version flag
As we have deprecated commit-schema-version, this param is not needed in the indexer. We can assume the Rails application will always pass the commit schema version if it's running this version of indexer.
The sequence of actions
- Merge this MR
- Create a new release, say 5.1.0
- Remove commit-schema-version flag at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/ee/lib/gitlab/elastic/indexer.rb#L198 and update https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/GITLAB_ELASTICSEARCH_INDEXER_VERSION to 5.1.0 at the same time.
