Add support of separate index for wikis [4/4]

This MR is a part of gitlab#336100 (closed)

  • In this MR a separate index for wiki has been added.
  • For the group wiki, we will set routing to group_id and for the project wiki we will set routing to project_id
  • For the group wiki, project_id will not be indexed.
