What does this MR do?

This fixes the docs lint job, as there was a typo in a link, issue_worfklow should have been issue_workflow...

Also, it seems the EE version wasn't in sync with the CE one, so this MR brings the CE changes as well.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

I don't think so.
