UX for CI/CD-only projects
Description
Projects that are set up as mirrors of GitHub ones, are supposed to be used for CI/CD pipelines only. Having them as all other projects is not optimal, as users will not be interested in seeing repository, but actually pipelines.
Proposal
We should create a new vision for projects when they focus on CI/CD only. Having pipelines as the primary page when the project is open, or disabling features that are not needed (issues, merge requests, etc...).
