EEU Release plan

With 10.2 we'll be providing an Early Adopter Release of GitLab Enterprise Edition Ultimate. The additional value won't be massive with 10.2, of course, but that will quickly build up over the coming months. We will officially launch EE Ultimate into General Availability in Q1 or Q2 once we can position it's value clearly.

This first release will only include these features vs. EEP:
