New favicon for Docs
Description
This replaces the current Favicon with a new fresh Favicon
This is a small MR in the spirit of our iteration value (https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/values/#iteration). Other MRs coming soon with versions for Apple Touch Icons and Windows Tiles.
