Make main page links relative

Marcel Amirault requested to merge docs-mainpage-relative-links into master

As Axil pointed out in !731 (comment 295583432), if these links are relative, we'll be able to make use of them while previewing locally. Otherwise we'll link away from our local build if we click on them.
