Fix pipeline badge

Updates pipeline badge to be valid (I think the valid filename was changed at some point) and fixes the link to a non-redirecting target.

I also fixed the project's version of this badge, per: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/badges.html#project-badges.
