Add Pages redirects for pages with path conflicts

What does this MR do and why?

Replaces the redirects we removed in gitlab!180475 (merged).

The frontmatter/metatag redirects for those specific pages are not compatible with Hugo due to path clashes, but we can use GitLab Pages redirects for these instead.
