Reorder pages in the Source Code docset
Add navigation item to global navigation
In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/457784 I offered some suggestions to the possible left-nav model that Suzanne came up with. I don't think the Source Code docs can be put in sequential order, not really, but I did see some thematic groupings.
She asked if I could put something together; this merge request is the first part of the result. I can't do the full rework in a single merge request, as one new page would need to be created. (I can do that, though)
