Fix secret detection entries

When several secret detection navigation entries were edited recently, it seems an error was made, resulting in invalid entries. Specifically, the "Pipeline secret detection" entry was contained in the navigation file, but not output when the rendered docs navigation was processed. This MR is intended to fix those errors.
