Updates redirected link in global nav. As part of the monthly chores, I saw lots of this:

[ ERROR ] external_links - broken reference to https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/analytics-instrumentation-guide/:
link has moved permanently to 'https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/product/analytics-instrumentation-guide/'

Fixing this one line should help make clearer what ELSE needs fixing; I'm getting lots of results for it.
