I noticed some of our footer URLs point to places that now redirect, which causes tons of noise in our link checker. For example: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-docs/-/jobs/206438072.

This just points the footer to the final URL, skipping the redirect.

With this MR, pipeline is job runs clean: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-docs/-/jobs/206453586.
