Add docs for previewing docs in a workspace

What does this MR do and why?

Following on from !4369 (merged), the gitlab-docs workspace works, but leaves someone who isn't familiar with the project quite stranded as far as previewing docs goes.

So let's provide a link to some new docs to help.
