Fix Tutorials button styling
What does this MR do and why?
The Tutorials button on the homepage is looking a little rough. This MR reduces the button height and adds some space beneath it so that it no longer hits the bottom edge of its section.

Compile the site and view the homepage. The "Explore Tutorials" button should not touch the bottom edge of its section.
