Remove snowplow docs links
What does this MR do and why?
This MR removes the links to the Snowplow docs. Instrumenting Snowplow directly is being deprecated and we are restructuring our docs as outlined in gitlab-org/analytics-section/analytics-instrumentation/internal#670 (comment 1565203744). Before we can remove any Snowplow pages we need to remove them from the navigation.
