Promote AutoDevOps in global nav
Hey @axil.
Just a minor restructure of the CI global Nav.
It brings Auto DevOps up the menu, because it's considered the default for GitLab now.
Also removed schedules, because it's a subtopic of pipelines, and we call it out better now after a recent refactor: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/pipelines.html#settings-and-schedules.
