Adds entry for Model experiments on docs navbar

What does this MR do and why?

https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/ml/experiment_tracking does not have an entry on the docs left navbar, this commit adds it below Jupyter notebooks, which is related to the Data Science persona as well.
