Revert "Merge branch 'rd/add-cyclonedx-taxonomy' into 'main'"

This merge request reverts !3846 (merged) because the page it's for (doc/development/sec/cyclonedx_property_taxonomy.md) didn't make it into 16.0, and is breaking the release pipeline: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-docs/-/pipelines/871054329

I'll re-apply it afterward.
