WIP: Filtering docs comments
- For https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-docs/issues/236
- Adds section guiding users to use the correct feedback channel
- Makes Disqus load only on click (using this method)
- Pros: removes noise, decreases page loading time, tries to make the audience read the guide first, post a comment later
- Cons: you can only read and post comments after clicking the button
- Styles the section to look different from the rest of the page
Note that Disqus does not allow us to hide specific elements of the iframe, therefore, we can either hide it all or show it all.
