Update search index name

Sarah German requested to merge sarahg/new-algolia-index into main

Our primary search index on Algolia (gitlab) was deleted. This was first reported at 2:43am CDT today (Slack). We are in the process of building a new one (gitlab_production) on the Algolia side. This change will hook the site up to this new index.
