Replace angle-double-right with chevron-double-lg-right
What does this MR do and why?
Updates the angle-double-right icon to use chevron-double-lg-right. The "angle-" icons were removed in a recent gitlab-svgs release (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-svgs/-/releases/v3.0.0).

How to set up and validate locally
- Visit the site in the review app and navigate to an interior page
- Verify that the double-arrow icons appear on the collapse/expand sidebar button (bottom-left corner of the page)
