Remove duplicate group wiki API entry

@eread pointed out in #docs-processes that ee/api/group_wikis.html was listed twice in the left navigation: once as a direct child of /api and another as a child of /ee/api/wikis.html. I'm inclined to keep the more specific one, but I'll add @ericschurter into the discussion in case I'm misjudging the situation.
