Update yarn version used by asdf

While running yarn, I got this message:

warning Your current version of Yarn is out of date. The latest version is "1.22.18", while you're on "1.22.17".

Running asdf install yarn latest yielded that the latest version is actually 1.22.19, so I updated to this.
