Remove custom syntax settings

As advised here: !2404 (comment 826206698), the latest major version of @gitlab/stylelint-config shouldn't require custom syntax settings.

According to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/frontend/gitlab-stylelint-config/-/blob/main/README.md#usage, still requires postcss itself.
