The cleaning_up_redis_sessions.md page was removed in this MR: gitlab!78029 (diffs)

However, it's still in the left nav and causing broken pipelines: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-docs/-/jobs/1966798357

This MR removes that item altogether.
