Add query string to badges linking to pricing page

Add tracking to page badges that link to the pricing page. I tried to set up logic that will have different glm_source attributes as the text of different badges change(all tiers vs ultimate would show up as separate). I was starting to go down that rabbit hole in badges.js, but that was taking too much time for me to figure out. I think that having all badges tracked in a single place is better than no tracking at all.
