Fixes header on mobile
- Fixes bad alignment
- Add menu bar
- Update FontAwesome to v.5 (required for the menu bar)
- Merge https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-docs/merge_requests/223 first (just for the stylesheets version)
