Replace Cookiebot with OneTrust
Testing:
- Visit the review app
- Go to the cookies settings in the footer
- Turn off all cookies (Functional, Performance, and Targeting) in the modal
Alternatively:
- Use a VPN to browse from anywhere, where the cookie banner should appear, in incognito mode.

With OneTrust running, you should see a banner displayed powered by OneTrust that let's you update your cookie settings.
