When working on another merge request (gitlab!69588 (merged)), I realized several items in the Frontend Development Guide were missing from the left sidebar. This merge request adds them back in. I can't guarantee I've gotten 100% of the files (I might've missed something) but let's at least fix these absences.

Link to the merge request of the new page: gitlab!69588 (merged) adds doc/development/fe_guide/logging.md and that led me to check the directory.
Give the MR a descriptive title.
