Gl markdown

Remove the gl-markdown class as we no longer need it in favour of a custom class: gl-docs, which avoids any possible conflicts with gitlab/ui but provides a passing wrapper for the typescale.

We also remove any SASS specific functions to ensure we do not attempt to cast Strings to Integers during compilation in the main project.
