Draft: Use data sources instead of symlinks (in new Nanoc version)

This makes the GitLab docs site use data sources rather than symlinks. This will allow Nanoc to listen to changes, and thus nanoc live will work for external documentation directories, on macOS and elsewhere.

Fixes #81 (closed).
