Add remaining "Manage" group pages to Global nav

To help us develop improvements to the global nav hierarchy of content, we first need to ensure that all product documentation pages are listed in the global nav. Please review the Content Audit Google sheet to identify documentation pages associated with your stages/groups that aren't included in the global nav. This information is on the Aggregate sheet, in column H. This information is periodically, manually refreshed, so adding pages to the global nav will not immediately be indicated in this sheet. Also, some doc pages may have already been added to the global nav, but the sheet doesn't indicate the change. The next manual update to the Google sheet should pick that up.

If you have any questions about this, please let me know. The deliverable is one or more linked MRs that update the global nav with your stage/group's non-included doc pages.
