Update global nav for CI/CD analytics to new page

CI/CD Analytics docs were updated and moved from a section to their own page (gitlab!51249 (merged)).

This MR updates the global nav item in Analytics > Project-level analytics > CI/CD (it was linked to the old section for CI/CD Analytics) to point to this new page.
