Update docs footer to improve free trial wording

This MR updates the docs site footer to simply the options for potential customers to try GitLab for free, and uses the recommended Marketing page to help users determine if they're self-managed or can use GitLab.com. It also makes some parallelism changes to the options in the footer, using periods consistently and getting them out of the links.
