Fixed spacing on topics without breadcrumbs
Currently the H1 on the intro topics (like https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/README.html and https://docs.gitlab.com/runner/) is up near the top bar. When you click other topics, the H1 jumps down:

With this MR, the topic has the same spacing as other topics with breadcrumbs, so when you click through, it doesn't jump:
