Change the gitlab.com regex to exclude more links

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge gitlab-com-exclude-link-check-regex into master

Change the regex and get rid of the trailing slash so that https://gitlab.com links are also valid.
