The output of: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-docs/-/jobs/784833007, doesn't seem to respect the configuration at: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-docs/-/blob/8938491898f26c7ff445b5f526f306d0bf5fd8c3/nanoc.yaml#L112, per: gitlab!44868 (comment 427860542).

I think we're running the external link checker off a cached version of a built gitlab-docs, so this MR is designed to allow changes to nanoc.yaml to break the cache.
