Add dependency scanning to the docs website

Dependency scanning would have helped us find a previous security issue (especially now that #725 (closed) is merged 🎉). While the impact of most security issues on the docs website is limited, catching them ahead of time can't hurt!

Adding the other scanners would be good too but I'm starting with this one for now.
