Update OSX instructions to use .zshrc instead of .bash_profile and .profile

OSX Catalina (10.15) now defaults to Zsh instead of Bash. The OSX install instructions referred to the Bash specific configuration files of .bash_profile and .profile. This MR replaces those references to the Zsh configuration file of .zshrc
